We are looking for: Reservation Agent (M/F)

Our Reservations team knows and understands Martinhal like the back of their hand. These exceptional communicators are naturally people-oriented, feeling comfortable with answering questions, making suggestions, and handling any requests. Their quick-thinking and problem-solving skills equip them with the resources needed to manage bookings, occupancies, and inquiries for all our locations, incoming from all our different platforms. These teamwork-loving talents benefit from hybrid working and from being part of a supportive and bubbly team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education in Hospitality/Tourism or experience in similar roles at 4 and 5-star hotels (minimum 1 year);
• Knowledge of the Protel system (preferred);
• Fluency in English is essential (German and French are a plus);
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Exemplary verbal and written communication, initiative and responsibility.
