We are looking for: Pastry 1st – Kitchen

Our kitchen department creates stunning and unforgettable moments that make our guests feel special. Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Technical training in the area of cooking / pastry;
• Professional experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Cooking techniques for pastry / bakery products;
• Confectionery and Ice Cream making techniques;
• Plating and decorating techniques;
• Pastry service organization;
• Basic notions of food microbiology;
• Food preservation techniques;
• Food safety and hygiene – Notions of self-control and HACCP Codes of Procedure.
