We are looking for: Human Resources Coordinator

Our Human Resources department focuses on the well-being of our teams and we are proud to have a flexible and solution-orientated team, exceptional communicators who guided by their ethics and principles support and make the best decisions for our people.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

– Previous experience of 2-5 years in the role, preferably in the hotel sector.

– Fluency in English (written and spoken).

– Qualifications in the field (degree or professional course in HR management).

– Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective labour relations and a positive working environment in line with the company culture.
• Technical and administrative HR management, including salary processing and benefits management.
• Coordinating internal communication between departments and promoting a culture of collaboration.
• Planning and coordinating training and development programmes for teams.
• Recruiting new employees, including screening candidates and taking part in interviews.
• Implementing employee recognition programmes and well-being initiatives.
• Conflict management and resolving HR-related problems.
