We are looking for: Guest Experience Manager

The main responsibility of the professional to be hired will be to organize and control communication actions to establish, maintain and improve interaction between customers and the rest of the hotel’s services, raise the level of service excellence and personalize the guest experience. Focus on detail and vision to ensure quality of service.

Our Guest Relations team represent the Martinhal brand and lifestyle in all customer interactions, working together to create the ideal experience for each guest. Ideal Candidate Profile:   

• Table and bar service techniques; 
• Communication and service techniques applied to restaurant service; 
• Knowledge of POS systems;
• Knowledge of bar equipment; 
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in hotel units of the same category (5*) or in signature restaurants/bars;
• Knowledge of foreign languages – with application of industry-specific vocabulary.
