We are looking for: Head Bartender – F&B 

Our Food & Beverage department composes beautiful, unforgettable moments that make our guests feel special. Ideal Candidate Profile:   

• Table and bar service techniques; 
• Communication and service techniques applied to restaurant service; 
• Knowledge of POS systems;
• Knowledge of bar equipment; 
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in hotel units of the same category (5*) or in signature restaurants/bars;
• Knowledge of foreign languages – with application of industry-specific vocabulary.

Main Responsabilities: 

• Will be responsible for providing a dedicated and attentive service to our customers, providing a knowledge of wines, spirits, beverage mixology and of course preparation methods;
• Responsibilities range from preparing and serving drinks, ensuring food service, confirming customer orders;
• Preparing classic and signature cocktails, as well as creative freedom to meet any customer request;
• Anticipate guests‘ needs, check satisfaction, offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guests’ concerns and requests;
• Responsibility for organising and controlling the operation of the Bar;
• Paying special attention to all standards of food and beverage service and safety;
• Stocking, restocking and organising all Bar items and stocks;
• Assisting with inventory and daily orders.
